 Getting that on gold is a nightmare. You are a slow walking target for them!! You end up getting raped so hard cuz you gotta stay with the dumb drone....ugh. The next time I play I'll just bend over and insert the controller if I get that objective again on gold....

Edit: Twice our drone ended up in the middle of a spawn!!

I've never failed this objective once on gold...I find it's one of the easiest objectives yet.

You can move away from it and lure things away from its path. It can be a tough one though.

On platinum, it ended up being a death sentence for my team. But the orb is. nice to look at.

It's not that bad, and it's much easier than the deliveries. I've completed it several times in Gold and a few times in Platinum, all public games. Haven't wiped on it yet.

It must depend on the map. I could see it being a pain for Dagger, Giant, or any other large map

The delivery tends to be easier because you can largely chose your path, but you have to do it twice. There is a big variance in how difficult the escort can be.

I did the escort objective on Wave 10 platinum with no problem. It's really not that bad.

Ya I thought it was the easiest on platinum too. It forces your team to stick together which is key to platinum

If the map is large then it is very painful.

If its small, then its the easiest objective.

At least I can walk faster than my grandma with this objective. I can see this being an irritation on Rio if the drone is placed on the farthest end from the destination, though. Still, better than walking backwards across the whole freaking map.

The ojective hasn't been too hard for me though.

It is a great and fun objective for teams.

It is a terrible objective for farmers.

It is a game-ender for BADASS LONER TOPSCOREMAN

And that is why it is great.

Yeah I haven't don't it on gold yet but I have on silver and it was the first thing I thought how much it would suck on gold. I couldn't even imagine it with the reapers on Gold that would suck.

I hate deliveries on Rio.  Did a Gold against Geth, took me almost two minutes to get from one end of the map to the other.  Didn't go down, didn't get caught up in a fight, just a ton of ground to traverse very slowly.  Thankfully the second one was right by the LZ.

Ah, the stupidity drone. My favorite part is when it floats straight into the densest group of enemies on the map. Each time you kill one he just respawns and comes back.

You're forced to either choose death by suicide charge or death by old age due to the never ending respawns.

Sometimes i feel like she's talking to me, then I get this heroic rush and rap* every enemy sorrounding me, then the stupid drone dumps me anyway!

It doesn't matter how large the map is, it takes the same amount of time. Deliveries take heaps of time on a large map though.

The drone replenishes your shields, somewhat like a Geth Turret. I thought it was cool.
