I will be in the middle of a match and suddenly none of my abilities want to work or my gun doesn't want to fire even tho I have the ammo. I'll have grenades and when i go to use i do the whole throw animation and sounds but no grenade is thrown and none are used, AGAIN full ammo and grenades and my gun doesn't want to work till i rejoin the game.
Guns and powers stop working randomly after Earth DLC.

Something similar happened to me. I was using a Salarian engineer and it wouldn't place decoys on some parts on the map, while it would on others. I have it on video, but cannot upload it yet.

Some of my friends are getting issues with there engineers and drone/turrets. They deploy them then they vanish suddenly.
