Only 'many' if you include small modifications like the bag of holding in Jon's dungeon. I didn't contribute to online communities so my mods are unknown. Some of my old stuff (from Black Isle days) included restored vampire encounters, Imoen using one CRE throughout SoA (what she was wearing when she was taken away was still visible through cutscenes, for example), restored BG Bhaalspawn powers after beating Jon in SoA, simplified the pretzel hallway in Jon's dungeon, and a number of minor things. NPCs didn't interest me so I didn't write them; instead I downloaded a few I enjoyed/contributed to and keep them handy for when I re-install the game. Most of my time was spent fixing bugs, and in that I did collaborate online with Dudleyville and a few others. That was all a long time ago though, and I don't know how much survived my two computer upgrades since then.Skellimancer wrote...

That's why I only use my own for the most part.
I prefer Vanilla; if I ever went the BGT route it would be my own implementation. I tried it once before and had to patch the EXE to get the movie projector working - that and the renaming of internal resources and whatnot turned me off to the whole thing. Messy from a modding standpoint.
You made many mods?
Nice! Shame Baldur's Gate never got a toolset like NWN. imagine the adventures people would have made..

Same, or similar fate followed for some of the assassins...

Nothing special really...
Just wanted to post a tactic against basilisk in vanilla.
If you have Tutu or Trilogy, Korax's hits will paralyze the basilisks. It is different in vanilla, where Korax gets killed easilly.
If you command Korax to get to attack the basilisk and you get out of sight for both Korax and the basilisk, the basilisk won't attack anymore, while Korax will. It's easy to clear out the entire area like that. Also note : this works with ANYONE, for example, if I summon skeletons and get out of their sight, they will kill while others will ignore them. An exploit I'd rather not use though...

The fastest way for you to lvl up would be the Flesh Golem- Gave behind the Sirens.
When you try to rest there most of the times will be interrupted by a new Golem.
With your Skeletons you wont take the hits and 2000XP everytime is nice (in vanilla at least *g)

THAT... is not going to happen... He's virtually... invulnerable?
But of course, I'll eventually think of something sooner or later...

Oh yes, the nice cave... I tried killing golems but failed for now, and skeletons, I am not sure, but I think they don't use magical weapon (which is needed to kill those things anyway).Sarevok Anchev wrote...

As for the best experience source, I think it's the fake stairs in Durlag's Tower level 2, where you get 3 Skeleton Warriors each time, worth 12K XPs

Well the Skellies are just the decoy. They surround the Golem and you hit him hard from the second row, so he cant attack you; thats best done with 2h Weapons, but if he concentrates on da Skellies it doesnt matter.
AND THAT(crowding) is the major possibilitie for killing drizzt:
1. Spam Monsters with the Wand of Summoning
2. or get yourself 4 NPC's and firsttalk Drizzt or sth. , so that he stops. Now take the NPC's and let them corner him. Then kick them out and you can hit him fom second row or afar
My F/M/T is now lvl 6/6/7 and its always fascinating for me how at first on this level that class becomes a killing machine. I only have 3/4 attacks per round, but the backstab staff + some Magic Missile and Mirror Image + Skull Trap can really make your day

I think he's got a magic resistance well up in the 90ies.. But no resistance against decapitation
I killed him by surrounding him with critters and had dudes with long weapons poke him.

If everything goes right, we'll get home with a dead drow and a lots of riches... *mischievous evil face*
But seriously, I don't know a way to kill Drizzt with my Cleric Thief. I know that hidden things can +5 bonus to hit... So if I backstab him AND make a critical hit I should get something around 120 damage... Which should insta kill him, considering he has less than 100 HPs.
All I need is Draw Upon Holy Might, Chant... chant... many chants... bless,... And too bad the trio of the most awesome spells aren't present here! If I had Holy power, Righteous Magic and... the third one, I would be virtually a killing machine...
I should also consider using the staff +3, being the best backstabbing weapon in vanilla. Followed by the staff-mace +2... I mean, best for cleric thieves anyway.
Will have to think about it... Tomorrow, we bring a drow to JUSTICE!.... of evil....
