Are the DLC Items such as the DR Pepper promotional,collectors armour etc... free with Cerberus Network ?  If so where do I get them ? Or do they just show up very late in th egame ( I am just about to start collector ship mission)

No, they are separate DLC that you buy from PSN store.

okay so is the kasumi DLC in the cerburuse network? its not in psn store , do we get this free in new copys of mass 2 on ps3 ,After reading reviews on this kasumi character its a must to try her out . Anyone know the content we get all DLC weapons missions etc thanks

No, Kasumi is not Cerberus Network, but from what I've just read here and here that character and her mission should be included free for PS3 users on the game disc. Looks like you should also have Overlord and Shadow Broker on the disc as well as some other content, possibly almost all the other content depending on what version of the game you bought as some PS3 editions seems to come loaded with practically everything apart from Arrival and one of the alternate appearance packs, which you mightn't think really worth buying until you're fed up with Miranda dressing like Emma Peel in space.
