my main characters portrait and info picture shows up as my elven mage instead of a human noble warrior which is wierd.

Maybe not, and that might be a problem. It seems to help if someone else than yourself checks your profile. When my wife checked my profile, suddenly my characters were all uploaded at that exact moment, although i hadn't played for 2 days.

Updating has always been touch and go with me. Some times it updates in one day, other times it takes weeks. Some times I get black portraits and other times a character I take to level 20 is still displaying as being level 3. My album has never displayed correctly either.
There seems to be lots of bugs in the system yet.
