The whole Ostagar/Korcari Wilds events. Excellent cinematic and presentation values.

Loved the fade portion of the Tower. Partly because it was cool to shapeshift w/out having to spend talent points, partly because each form was very distinct from each other (unlike shapeshifter), but mainly because I'm a powergamer and I absolutely LOVE the free +attribute points you get there. XD

Funny how many people didn't like the fade portion of the mage tower, I think that was my favorite gameplay segment. I loved the shapeshifting, figuring out which was the best form to use in each of the fights; loved seeing my companions' reaction to being caught in the fade. The gauntlet was my second favorite part, for very similar reasons.

The first time I saw the Ostagar battle my jaw dropped, it was pretty overwhelming. So that would be my favourite...

Best fight: Gaxkang, Zathrian, Uldred, Ser Cauthrien, everything were you can wipe hords of enemies with AoE-spells, the Ogre in the tower of Ishal, the first time you meet a revenant - just cant decide between these.

Best gameplay: The episode in the fade during "Broken circle"

Most emotive moment: Killing that son of a b*tch rapist Vaughan in the City elf Origin.

When you storm through the gates of Denerim to attack the darkspawn and you see a whole army of them in front of you. Then you notice you are by yourself and you think "oh crap" only to see all your companions come charging up from behind you to help. It felt really epic. Especially one-shotting everything to show how your power has grown.

I must admit that the other part of the game I really liked was Camp for the loving & discussions

Deeps roads was awesome. After that PITA caves system to get to the Urn (why did it need to be so damn big?) I wasn't really looking forward to more of the same. It really made up for it tenfold.



Also the Fade was really well done.



I will say I'm a sucker for when the companions get all flustered when they are falling for you. Resembles real life pretty perfectly.



Those conversations when the stragne options came up. Sten with the cookies was classic, Shale and pigeons to.
