Multiplayer Manifest Not Working?

I can't access my manifest on the forums. My account is registered and I am on the right BSN/EA account. Would like some help with this.
It says that they cannot find my mass effect 3 content.

Hi, click your profile pic then click games, then click activate profiles by mass effect 3.

A BioWare Social Network (BSN) account is an EA/Origin account.

You must log in to the BSN with the same account that you use to play Mass Effect 3.

It sounds like somethings not matching with your ea/origin and Bsn they might be registering two separate things I would contact ea support let them look at your account.

Check if your birthdays line up on your origin and bioware accounts. I had this problem a while back cause I accidentally misclicked when doing my birthday on here, and it caused a whole load of problems. I actually had to make a new account to fix it, so....

sometimes if you ask nicely, ea help will fix it.

Have you been able to resolve your issue? I am experiencing the same issue as iAREpro, I have been attempting to contact EA support with little success. I am holding out hope for them, but looking for other things to try to fix this.

I am not sure what fixed mine but after clicking on activate online profiles like 100 times or the ticket that I opened with EA and never heard back on after initial contact. but its working now. Not sure why.
