Those are some solid ideas. I definitely agree that those who have been banned deserve the specific reasons as to why, and the idea of paying a "fine" to re-enter mp is intriguing as well. Someone is going to come in here and say "yeah well, they'll just pay 5 bucks and cheat again", to which I say "then make it a $20 fine". Take those fines and make more patches, dlc, or heck just increase the credits awarded for each match - there are endless possibilities.
Basically, BW could think creatively about this issue and help the community, and do right by their customers who feel that they've been unfairly banned.
