If your buying while doing matches with people I find thats when the game crashes. You need to fully leave MP then re-enter. Buy the stuff without being in a group.

When this happens to me I pop out the disc then turn off the system. Sometimes I get what I lost and sometimes I don't. I also try not to be in the store at the same time some one else is purchasing packs and often I leave MP and return to purchase stuff.

And its happened again, this is the worst game ive ever played for bugs yet none of them ever get fixed. pull your finger out bioware

i used to have this problem where the store would freeze on me, my solution that is working for me is to go into the store, wait a couple of seconds, click on the pack i want to buy, wait a few more seconds, and then click purchase, doing it this way ive only had the store freeze on me twice and both times i was lucky enough to be disconnected from the servers, so when logging back in i got my stuff, if the store does freeze on you wait a while dont instantly reset you might get lucky

Leaving multi then returning used to work for me but now i never get that problem.

this is a 59.00 $ big bug game need to lower is game bioware need to give back to the all gamer 10,000.000.000. credits ....for all this game crashed & lost of credits & points....come now you are having a hard time fix it.

Or they need to refund players the money spent on DLC. when the game first launched. Not as many people had game issues. I SUPPORT REFUNDS.

I lost credits and XP for the last 3 matches I had played last night. Last thing I did in the game last night was I tried accessing the store, and it got stuck in "Searching for Outstanding Purchases..." Had to quit game, and then I just turned off my PS3. This morning, credits were gone, XP was gone, and the last character I used had her powers reset. So, this problem I had seems to be Store-related, but I lost credits without even trying to buy anything.
