hello I've  encountered the that store was/is  glitched or cheating or broken.

in 5 of the PSP (the one that costs 99000 creds)    
 I recieved a blue character card "never have before".  in 5 of the packs I actually took notice of.


please take a look at the store and see if it's broken. 
if it was cheating.  ban the store?   yea would give a reason for making a better one.

if it was glitched,  or if it was broken.      make sure it never happens again/ fix it.  

my characters are all maxed appearences except for newest ones.

restarted my console and it seemed to work correctly for the  few packs I tried. 

time?  within the last 3 hours ago.  it is currently 12:00 pm MT / 11:00am pacific standard time.
can't remember exact time. sorry

Working as intended.

PSPs have common cards in them by default, one of them can be Character Cards. They don't impede on your Rares.

So yeah...working as intended.

I know that. since rockets, med gel, ammo, ops packs, are all blue cards.

have had all appearance options, since the first month, for blue cards.

I see no point in getting character cards after all appearance options are gotten.
