Maybe not respec, but a credit fee would be charged everytime you undid an upgrade, like you know, in the power leveling screen, you would be able to undo one by one every point spent in powers, with a fee charged each time. Respec cards would still be ingame as card drops.

Promtions ALWAYS assign a point in something though. Sometimes you have to respec to just get rid of it.
Free Respec cards would be too much, but perhaps increasing the limit and/or making them easier to get. Dropping in a stack of 3, or costing a flat ~5k or something like that,

I agree, the cards should either be more common with a higher limit or we should be allowed to pay a set amount of credits to respec- maybe like 5000 or 10000 credits.
