*drum roll* and I got the Eagle II...not entirely sure that that is better or worse than getting the Crusader V would have been...

So now I have the Valiant I, Eagle II, Hurricane II & Crusader IV (along with the Collector AR II)

At least your not alone, I have had to contact customer support for all but 1 operation to get my commendation pack.  I feel your pain, for whatever it's worth.
