I was going to suggest something similar to the Resurgence Booster Packs, back when Resurgence first launched. For those who don't know what I mean, right after Resurgence launched, there were special "Booster Packs" available the following weekend, which were essentially Premium Spectre Packs with 1 guaranteed Resurgence character. Could BioWare do something similar with the new N7 characters, or maybe increase the frequency at which they're found in PSPs?
