I am having trouble saving my ME1 game saves to ME2. When i go into the config link on main page of ME2, I see the ME1 game saves and it says "copy ME1 game saves to ME2' I can't seem to find the right file to save ME1 to. Can someone explain this to me please. I would like to use my character from ME1 in ME2 and no matter where I save ME1 to I get the same thing telling me that I have no ME1 saved games to use in ME2!!?? Ant help would be great!!!

Documents/BioWare/Mass Effect
That's where you need to point the configuration tool. Then the game will find the save.

What you need to do here is very very simple
After you installed Mass Effect 2 and u wish to load your savegame from ME1, insert the CD in your CD/DVD rom and when the main menu shows up , you click on the Configure Button ,and when the next window shows up you click on the option Save game and then on the right , you click "Copy Mass Effect 1 Save games"
Easy as that is , all it does is Save the game file automatically. No need for other selections.

But if the option above isn't working then what you need to do is go to "My Documents" and search for BioWare Folder in which you will select Mass Effect 2 folder and then enter the Save folder where you will need to copy your
save game from Mass Effect . You can get that in the same place , just enter MyDocuments>BioWare>Mass Effect>Save , and get it from there. The game should automatically see it.
Still if the above 2 don't work , it's known that there is a third way which is to go to
MyDocuments>BioWare>Mass Effect 2>Save and create a folder called "ME1" without the brackets, in which you
will kindly move your Mass Effect save game.
As always , back up all your files before attempting to do anything by yourself.
If you are using Windows Vista or Above , make sure you Run the Game Application as Administrator or else
even if you click on "Copy save game" button it won't work properly.
Have a nice day
