Updated Set Editor widening the corner height spinner boxes to allow for viewing negative values.  Just like the rest, link is in the first post.

As for "Is Interior", I believe at the very least checking this will turn off weather effects.

I discovered another small bug for set editor: about grass, you should use . instead of , for grass height value, because with , it doesnt count decimals, so for example a value of 0,20 becomes 0 and 1,20 becomes 1

Little question: I alwayes been big fan of mdl suite, thats a collection of 5 files, but they dont work with versions higher than max6, is there a way to decompile and recompile them for working in newer max versions?

If you are referring to scooterpb's MDL Plug-In Suite.  They are 3DSMax DLLs, and unfortunately, without source code, I'm afraid nothing can be done to update them.

P.S.  If there is something that MDL Suite does, that NWMax Plus does not, drop me a line, I'll take it into consideration.

it gives error 127, thats some wrong or missing dll used by new max versions, i found in some forum that people who encountered this issue with halo, solved by adding dlls to 3dms max root dir, and while they still got the error message, then the plugins worked fine in max. maybe its possible to do the same?

Found a bug in the set editor: if i assign a crosser to the tile, i can be able to switch among crossers, but not to remove the crosser from the tile! this one along with the grass height value I previously mentioned :P Much thanks for your efforts in making this util better and better!

About what mdl suite does, basically is the way it handles woks, im in love with it, if you can make something similar, thats ;P!!!!! (not sure if you can even check mdlsuite, since it doesnt work with new versions :()

I need to add a blank option to the crosser dropdowns.  That should be easy enough.

I missed the grass height value issue, but I see it now.  Is it writing the "," style decimal values to the .set file?  If that's the problem, then that should be easy enough to fix as well.

Oldest version of Max I have is 6.  I'll have to see if I can get it working with that, or if not possibly track down someone close to me that still has Max 5.

I haven't been able to duplicate this behavior, but if one is doing it then all floating point values should be experiencing the same issue.

In the meantime, could you try something for me?  Save a .set file, check to make sure the issue is in the .set file, re-open the .set file with Set Editor and immediately save it again, then check to see if the issue is still there.

I ask because it is an issue common to .set files out there and I have Set Editor check and correct it upon loading the .set file.  If you save immediately after opening the .set file, in theory that should correct the issue.

I fixed the crosser issue, but I want to do a little more research on this issue before making another release.

Sure! I opened the set with the editore, value was 1,0
switched to 0,200, and saved. closed. checked with notepad and the value was 0,2
reopened the editor, and value was 0,2

tested in game: 0,2 doesnt render
editing with notepad to 0.2 (point instead of comma) makes it work in game
reopening with the editor once notepad edited, still showing 0,2 (comma) in the box, saving again, the issue comes again

you're right density has the same behavior. can notice it testing low values under the 1 (tried 0,2 0,3 0,9 all didnt work i assume they approximate to 0 when comma is present, switching from 0,2 to 0.2 0.3 0.9 in notepad makes the density really low, works)
