 Hello everyone, this is going to sound silly but thank you for your interest in the problem I have today.

This is actually a problem that my friend is having and wanted me to post in her place, so here we go:
When she started up the game for the very first time, the "Downloadable Content" option was available to click on, bringing up all the current DLC options..... But NOW the option no longer appears, and is nowhere on the menu screen.  
How can she get new DLC? And why did is disappear? 

Hopefully someone knows what's up. I figure it is a simple issue we can both laugh at later, but I look forward for input on the problem.

Edit: Just thought i'd add that she already has 'From the Ashes' but MP DLC is not available at all, and that is what she'd like to access in the future.
