Trying to match armor

Here is what I want... I love this appearance of this armor on regular soldiers both male & female
No matter what armor I try I can't it get it match though



I have been thru the list from crown to veridium by writing an armor spawn script that gave me every single color and material type. The closest I have come to it is this (Type is iron - Heavy Chainmail)
It just does not match no matter what color I give it - The iron is way too shiny and looks horrible under dynamic light, while the battle appearance looks fantastic.




Here is what I normally look like in my previous careers - Its nice, but a bit too shiny for my taste
Under the wrong lighting the blue looks somewhat purple
