No, you can't You need all current DLC to actually play. You have to save up the credits first and then delete the other two DLCs, then spend, and then download them again.

but what if i get 3 other friends to delete the two dlc's and do a private game can i play then

Hmm, maybe? Since the problem you get with deleting them is the game telling you that you don't have the "same version" as the other people, this may work. Give it a try, there's really nothing to lose. But playing without the other two DLCs limits your class and weapon selection. It really is just simpler to save them up first.

They won't really be "deleted" you just won't be able to play as them and they won't show up on the character screen until you redownload their respected DLC. All you character and weapon info is stored server side.

Since your on xbox, you could save up and remove a flash drive with the selected DLC's on it and buy at the store, won't have to delete them and redownload them, much quicker this way

No, you won't lose any of your other characters/weapons/gear, once you redownload the DLC they belong to, you'll have them back just as they were.

No, any level ups will have to be applied though

Damn skippy! It is literally the best way to get stuff that you want. Also, if you want a good "goal" for saving up credits, promote all of your classes and get them back up to level 20 without spending any credits, you should have a good stockpile by the time you're done.
