Had 160 Bioware points, bought 800 ; 960 total, amounting to 4 potential PSP purchases. Bought first premium spectre pack, pack came through; got a Batarian Soldier an a Disciple upgrade. The second purchase got stuck on loading/communicating, and your servers disconnected me. They still substracted the balance out of my BW points once I connected back on. No premium spectre pack was granted.

I want a refund of those points lost. I have not made any further purchases after that failed one.

This is user-to-user support, so it's definitely not "our" store. There are few devs who visit this section of the forums, so it's probably best to contact official tech support. http://help.ea.com

Called help. They were able to resolve the issue. I'm sorry about the "your". I was just frustrated, probably not the best wording for a thread title.

The customer service was great. The lady I spoke with was just a fresh breath of air in the customer service department. So much for people badmouthing EA -- can't say my experience with their customer treatment is bad at all, quite the opposite.

Can i ask what exactly they did? i lost well over around 600 bioware points cause of this and about 200000 credits. i contacted customer service like 3 time they didn't do anything about it. 2 of them said i will get my refund(nothing happen) and the other one said he can't do anything about it. Getting mighty tire of this.

I am going to sue them in small-claims court. They have stolen from me for the last time. I paid money for a good and did not receive it - that is theft. If it is an ongoing situation that the company is aware of yet refuses to address or rectify, that is fraud. If you are interested in perhaps going in on a class-action lawsuit, drop me a line. I am dead serious here, this is a matter of principle.

Threaten EA with lawsuits all you want, but you agreed with the forum rules, so don't spam the forums. One bump is enough.

Just hit the same issue here. First pack took a looong time to load but eventually went through. After that it just subtracted points but didn't give me anything. Tried restarting the game, reloading, rebooting etc. Nothing.

Happened to me as well, but the purchase(s) did go through eventually. I kept hitting F5 on my MP manifest and eventually noticed the upgrades(in my case 2 of my UR weapons got an upgrade). There's even an Origin help article for this error.
