Some bugs my friends and I encountered tonight in Multiplayer

A friend of mine just got the game for PC, so him, my other friend, and I decided to play some Silver games so he could level up a bit. We did a good amount of games, (enough to get him to 20 from level 1 I believe), and encountered a few bugs in a couple of these games.

The more devestating of the two bugs we encountered, was one where ALL enemies became invisible to the player for the remainder of the game. No clue as to what triggered it, but one of my friends could not see any enemies from the end of wave 6 through extraction. This was against Geth on FBW. It only happened once, so I can't really offer any information as to how it would have happened. I imagine leaving the game and rejoining would have fixed the issue, but as we had just finished the wave 6 mission, he didn't want to lose out on the credits, so I can't confirm if that's true. My friend was playing the N7 Vanguard at the time.

The less devestating bug caused us to not be able to sit in cover. Our characters would perform the animation to get in cover, and then immediately get back out of cover. This happened to all 3 of us at least once, each on different character types (Quarian infiltrator, N7 infiltrator, N7 Adept, and N7 Vanguard if I remember correctly) and on different maps. Thankfully we were only on silver so it didn't affect us that much, but if we were on Gold or Platinum it definitely would have been a huge issue. I can confirm that leaving and rejoining fixed this particular issue.

The final bug I encountered while playing the N7 Soldier, and can reproduce easily. When I had devestator mode active (upgrades were shield recharge, rate of fire, damage), I would fire the N7 Hurricane SMG, however the gun would stop firing automatically after getting down to 1 bullet. This 1 bullet can't be fired at all, which means the gun will not auto-reload since the clip doesn't get down to zero technically. It's not a huge bug, however it is quite annoying to have to manually hit reload after a clip empties itself. I should note that while devestator mode is not active, this bug does not occur. That leads me to believe there is an error with a "partial bullet" or something when the game calculates the new magazine size when you activate devestator mode.
