Hard to put into a subject. But simply, my 'profile diagnostics tool' on my online profile says that I have 37 screenshots when infact I went through and deleted all of them (had near 100). Now I have no screenshots loaded and it says I have 37. I disabled the uploader for screenshots. This problem is likely linked to other profile problems, but it gives you guys somewhere to start looking.

Unfortunately, that didn't help. I've already deleted EVERYTHING from myprofile, and it still says I have 37 screen-shots and 40 some odd files in total. The system obviously has a fault. I've tried every trick I've seen and it's not changing (yet).

Here's some more information:
HQ versions here since this site will shrink em down:
http://www.sirgcal.c...views/dao/bugs/
Profile after everyting's deleted...

'Manage Characters' screen:

'Manage Screenshots' screen:

'Profile Diagnostics' screen: Notice there are 37 screenshots and 42 files (supposedly) taking up 20M of space.

'Screenshots' screen:

When I click on 'User Profile' on the 'Screenshots' screen: (this one is just a simple redirect error, not related to the others... but...).

A simple solution might just be a 'flush' button to completely purge your online profile from all suspected screenshots and player files and what not.

You may know this already, if so I apologise in advance, but if you don't it might clear things up.
Screenshots and files are not necessarily the same thing. For each character you create that is uploaded to your profile, the game creates/sends (or is supposed to) 4 files. [Since I have 10 characters, that's 40 files even without screenshots.] Sometimes there are errors, and the game mistakenly sends more than 4 or less than 4, but that's another issue.
Each screenshot that you take and upload is another file. However, due to prioritising of updating, you may upload screenshots, and the diagnostic page will tell you that they are there on the server. But they don't appear on your screenshots page. I assume from your post that this is the case.
The problem is that priority is given to those players whose profiles are viewed by someone else in the last day or so. To speed up the process, get someone else to log on to the site and view your characters. If that is not possible, do it yourself as if you were someone else. That is, do not visit the site ingame, use your browser, enter your birthdate and select your character profiles. Do NOT visit your online profile (which will require you to login and reveal that you are YOU). The site will treat you as if you were someone else. Check out your characters. This should trigger an update pretty quickly, and the screenshots should appear on your screenshots page, at which point you can delete them or keep them as you like.
Please note that some are having problems where they delete screenshots - and they reappear after some time. And need to be deleted again (and again) until they finally disappear. Persistence is the key if you have this issue.

I knew that much already, my file problem is that is says I still have 37 screenshots specifically which I deleted all of them and disabled uploading of them to boot. But yet I still have 37.. and tried the non-login trick and plaied most of the afternoon. Still no updates. (well, it says now that one of my chars has all 4 files loaded, but they don't appear... Nore do the stats.)
