You are aware that these are some of the weakest enemies in game? Guardian has like 500 healt to commensate for giant shield the other two have ONLY armour... also what difficulty?

1. Have you ever considered those new weapons have been designed with Platinium difficulty in mind?
2. BW listened to all the complains about AR being useless on Gold and someone start to complain about having a Gold-capable AR.
Thus It is not overpowered: it's what an AR should be if we want to use it on Gold or above. There was a reason in nearly everyone used Shotguns on Gold. Now an AR is gold/platinium viable, granting that "variety" that is one of the parameters of "balance".
Under this point of view Typhoon is balanced.

Ultra Rare.
Yes OP, please **** about a weapon that has a really low chance to drop and make sure it becomes useless before the majority of the community even gets a chance to try it at level 1.

No, it's not overpowered. First off, it's an UR, so I think it should be somewhat better than rare weapons. Also, it's quite heavy, so not a weapon for power-dependant classes and you need to stay out of cover for quite a bit before it really starts to be damaging, so squishy characters are going to have a harder time using it as well.
It's perfectly balanced, if you ask me. What difficulty do you play on?

The Typhoon is over powered, but also heavy as hell so it's only usable on like 4 characters, it just so happens that two of thoes classes are pretty damn good themselves so it's really the combination that's brutal. The problem here is not the power of the weapon, it's that other weapons in it's weight class are out shone by it. Crusader and Javalin to be specific. If they did what the Typhoon does, then they would be worth the weight as well.
Good characters being Demolisher, Destroyer, Krogan Sentinel, Vorcha Sentinel w/o flamer. Infiltrators are excluded cause it has a ramp up time, not much, but enough to loose most of the cloak benefit.

Besides, it's ultra-rare. I, and many people don't even have typhoon. And when i will finally have it, i want it to be good.

Hahaha, the best part about this thread is the amount of ferocity from people. Instead of cooly explaning why it might be balanced or why it might be a bit over tuned don't we just get the 'wahh...No U' posts.

Javelin is powerful as all hell! Of course the shieldgate and lack of headshot damage on boss enemies makes the Widow outperform it (and by extention the Black Widow)
