 Is it possible to use more than 1 ammo power at the same time?

As an example, if I activate squad cryo on Shep and at the same time activate AP ammo on Garrus, will Garrus then have both ammo powers activated at the same time or only one of them?

No, using an ammo power overwrites the current one. So yeah, only one ammo power per person at a time.

What you can do is:

Have Shepard apply squad cryo ammo on the entire team.
Then have Shepard apply incendiary/disruptor ammo on Shepard's guns.

It's a neat little tactic for infiltrators, vanguards and soldiers.
