The head does look pretty well defined to me though. Not very realistic but it's there, and you're right about the lack of testicles.

If it was uncircumsized I could KINDA see what you mean by the head but the top doesn't curve all the way around like in the photo above. There's a little curve to it but it abruptly stops and caves inward.
Also that bit sticking out of the middle straight up ruins any hope of resemblience.
