Never go full fitness on 500 base shield characters (basic human/asari) when there's 3 good powers to be had.

This is my build (ish)
My thought is that she's a close range biotic, so fitness is kinda nice, and I deal almost all of my damage with Biotic Explosions. The damage of BE's is determined by the # of ranks in the two powers, not the passives, so IMO its better to skip passives and max the powers. Works for me, your mileage may vary.
