Report suggests that Bioware is working on a new Enemy faction for the upcoming MP dlcs
Also, there is a possibily for 4 player co-op missions same as in SP, which is different from horde mode.

Well, a new faction sounds amply in the realm of possibility. Don't know about collectors but indoctrinated mercs would be nice. Perhaps Blood Pack to allow for greater variety (eclipse/blue sun would taste too much like Cerberus).

Regarding new coop mode.... meh. One thing is to run around a fixed playground but i really can't trust pugs with going from point A to point B on a more complicated mission.

All this might likely turn out like past Mass Effect rumours: some of it being true

I believe they will eventually introduce a new enemy faction. I'm not sure they'd be doing that right now however. But what else do the multiplayer team have to work on after all of those free DLCs?

Though, new factions would surely be made by the SP battle team (idk how BW works, just making logical assumptions).

A new faction in a SP DLC would make a lot of sense actually. I'd be surprised if BW didn't take that opportunity, which would add longevity to both SP and MP.

If it turns out to be true, I wouldn't be surprised if the new faction is either Collectors or Merc groups. Bioware has shown on numerous occations that they listen to the community(as far as DLC is concerned at least): We got Vorcha with health regeneration and a flamethrower, Male Quarians, Shadow Strike, Dark Channel etc. A co-op campaign mode has also been suggested.

Reaperized Quarians. They are all armed with Arc Grenades, the Engineers have Arc Pistols and the Infiltrators all have Reegars.

If you score a headshot on any of them, it instantly forces you to log into the forums and complain about how their face looks behind the mask you shot off.

This looks the most fake out of all of them, but... well, Rebellion seemed hella fake back before it came out. And Earth kinda did when they mentioned the all-new Platinum difficulty.

I'll go with it for now.

"Leaked". This is currently just a rumor. I doubt Reddit would post information that could more than likely be false, after all.
