Yes. On 360 and PC.
Edit: Tell a lie, I'm somehow missing the Insanity achievement for the PC version of Mass Effect 3.

I have all of the achievements from all 3 games although from the first game I'm not sure if I still have my profile saved since it's been years since I've touched it.

Yup. I was disappointed that there was no reward for beating Insanity in ME2 and ME3. I've been using the same ME1 N7 Gamerpic (360) for 4 years.

Got them all on PC. Only really tried for them on ME1 though because they let you use those powers on other classes. The 2 sequels you kinds just got them for playing the game.

Got all but 3 for ME1 on 360, all but the paramour one for ME2 - and have no intention of getting that one, we should have gotten an alternative to that one for staying faithful
.
Still working on ME3, and since I switched to PC a while back, have to get the earlier ones again too, which is OK by me.

Ditto here - yes for all on the 360 (just finished Veteran today). Still working on it for PC, and maybe someday for PS3 (except ME1) if I'm feeling particularly completionist.

Yes on the 360.
I found ME2 and ME3 achievements to be relatively easy, ME1 on the other hand is the hardest IMO as it requires multiple playthrough's.

I have maxed out ME2 and 3.
ME1 however, those achievements are hard, still I must have around 80% of the achievements.

All from ME2 and 3, but not from 1. I could only bother getting half of the ally achievements, and I don't play as an engineer, so the A.I. Hacking one couldn't be gotten either.

No. I have all the ME achievements, but I don't have any of the hardcore/insanity achievements in ME2 and ME3 or the one multiplayer-only achievement in ME3.

Not at all. I don'tg have insanity achievements, nor all loyalty achievements (since I always expose Tali's father), nor "finish the game with this or that squadmate in majority" achievements from ME1 (only for Kaidan, Wrex and Garrus)

I have all for ME2 and 3. Half for ME1 (or a little more than half). There are things I don't have, mainly using certain abilities or characters. I just don't give a crap about ME1.. having to get the achievements for Ash, Wrex, and Liara are just not worth playing the game - they have no hacking skills. Stupid ME1 achievements are crap..

I kinda preferred it. I like having to work for achievements, rather than stumble across all of them in one playthrough.
It made me switch up my squad, and I got to hear more diverse elevator convos.
Win, win, right?

ME1, eeeh. I almost have a them all, but the squadmate ones are just too brutal. I really don't want to drag around people just for an achievement. I like to take Garrus, and play roulette with the second person throughout the game. Also no romance achievement, but I could bunker down and get it if I really wanted to.
Got everything on ME2. Would have everything on ME3, but the game keeps resetting my achievements for some reason. So I stopped caring.
