I have all the achievements for the 3 games, but for some reason I don't see insanity in my ME3 online profile.
Also, all my 3 ME games are CE's.
I'm a completionst fanboy, or was, ME3 ending changed that.
Too bad to have to let Shepard go after so many years, got very fond of him/her, but nothing lasts forever

Got all but 3 for ME1 on 360, all but the paramour one for ME2 - and have no intention of getting that one, we should have gotten an alternative to that one for staying faithful.
Still working on ME3, and since I switched to PC a while back, have to get the earlier ones again too, which is OK by me.
In ME2 I slept with Thane to get Paramour then reloaded my save file so that I wouldn't cheat on Liara. It doesn't delete the achievement. =)
I got all but Insanity on ME2; I wasn't good enough for it when I started. I'm playing Insanity in ME3 - it really feels like the standard difficulty to me for some reason. (Maybe Insanity was way too easy in ME3.) I think I'll get all the ME3 achievements.
These games are 80 hours long - I just don't feel like playing through ME1 three more times and ME2 one more time just to get the remaining achievements. Doing everything available in a playthrough is enough for me.

ME1: Missing quite a few.
ME2: Missing the Insanity and Overlord achievements.
ME3: Only missing 'Defender', because BioWare just had to sneak in one stupid achievement that isn't obtainable in SP.

No, I have a few ones missing:
- ME1:
> The Stasis achievement: I lost the count of how many times I used it from Illos onward on my last game.... but it seems it wasn't enough.
> The lvl 60 achievement: It seems that it's not possible to get it in a normal game, that it's necesary to do a NG+ game, but I've never been interested in making a game from the scratch totally overpowered.
- ME2: Yes, I think I got all of them for this ones.
- ME3:
> Complete Insanity: I played on insanity on my 2nd game, but I couldn't with the final battle defending the missiles (taking Tali with me to replicate my final team for that Shepard in ME1 was a HUGE mistake), had to turn down to Hardcore.
> Lvl 60: Same as in ME1

ME1 yes. ME2 yes. ME3 no because I cannot force myself to play a game that is so badly written, so badly broken in so many area's and that has an ending that still sucks after the EC.

I had a majority of the achieves before 3 but once 3 was on it's way I went back to play through from 1-3 and finished off all the achieves. One of my prouder collection of achievements, an entire trilogy.

Got them for ME1 and ME3, never bothered to get them all in ME2, mostly because, admittedly, I even die on casual from time to time and I don't play the game for its excellent combat.

Nope, not the reason I play. Have I accumulated very many, the answer is yes, I just don't care about them.

Missing the Hardcore achievement from ME1 (started, never finished), got all in ME2, missing Insanity and Unwavering in ME3.
I think Unwavering might be glitched since I've played all the maps on Gold many times.

No. As a woman with her own sense of what matters in life, I would never cheat on a love interest for the sake of a trophy. Saving and sleeping with someone to attain a trophy, then reloading, in rpg terms is considered Out Of Character. Personally I would consider that cheating, on Liara, at the game, and that form of cheating isn't character based, it would speak about me. And I am not ready to sacrifice my beliefs to cheat something, in order to steal something.
The writers are horrible to force faithful players to question their morals outside of the character. This should not be a player consideration, it should be a character's choice. Many players are okay doing so, and if that is who they are, that is their right. But as a faithful partner I would not want someone who would so readily cheat without considering the Moral Fiber of who they are, and what that means, to them, to god (if they believe in a God), and other areas.
These are my opinions on why I will never make the ME2 Paramour. ME1 did happen, Falling in Love with Liara did happen... I cannot ignore that as a character, and I will not let this be about me even if that is the Writer's horrible intentions.

Just 100% Mass Effect, and had all achivements in ME2 just need hijacker and insanity playthrough achievements.
