So what the hell.  who do i need to talk to and or Beat into a Bloody Batter to fix this.
I was Just playing a solo round to test out New Weapon and character set up. and then BOOM,

said I lost connection to ME3 Servers.  I log back in.  All my Characters Gone, all weapons Gone.  Mostlikely N7 Rank gone so What the hell

Same thing happened to me as I logged in, i was going to equip some gear when I noticed that I couldn't select any of the 4 slots, meaning I had no equipment. Then I go to check my weapons, fearing for the worst, I realized my prized harrier and pheaston were gone. I remembered yesterday there being maintenance so I just logged off PSN, from in game, then logged back into PSN, and I looked around and everything was back, saving me an angry phone call to ea customer care.

Long story short just log of Psn and log back in and everything should(hopefully) be peaches.

Point to note: all your data from MP is stored on the EA servers - not on your PS3

After some talking to. I have had the problem fixed. something to do with a little Midget hitting things with a Bat. Long story short it was a Server Gone STUPID that made it read as if i had no data and that i was starting as a new player.

all is fixed. some one on EA/Bioware side is a total Dope. prob solved
