All of my friends who play MP have already received their commendation packs from this weekend, but I have yet to. I completed the task a couple of times and have checked to ensure I was activated properly.
This makes the third event that I have failed to receive my pack for. I let it go the first time. The second time, I spoke with Live Chat, the first person told me to wait a day. I did and received nothing. Contacted them again and I received my pack within minutes of speaking with the Live Chat helper. At this point, I was told there was a known issue that they were working to resolve.
The following weekend was postponed. I assumed this was partially to resolve the "Known issue."
Now I'm sitting without a pack again. I have spoken to live chat and they have told me to wait. Knowing that they can fix it and won't is frustrating to say the least. This person didn't even bother to offer anything but the forums as help. Citing, once again, that there is a known issue.
Now I have been shorted a commendation pack and I wait for another one to arrive, but I know that it won't unless I wait in Live Chat again. 30 minutes I don't want to waste.
Anyone else having the same issues? Any resolution for this on the way, Devs?

I'm this exactly situation and not for the first time. Every weekend event I participated, I had to speak with a game advisor to receive the commendation. Every friend of mine is going through this same problem.
I have read some old topics in the forum and it seems that this issue is know for at least three months. We had two DLC's and no fix for the issue. Way to go Bioware.

Where did you go to get the live support? Because I want to know who I have to complain to to get my pack. This's the first time I've had it happen, but I completed it, and I had to use A LOT of my medigel and rockets to get through full extraction on the reapers. So I think I deserve my pack.
