You get 4 shots. Nice bonus. Also, didn't realize until yesterday, but DM works like Adrenaline Rush - weapons are reloaded when it is activated. Don't think I would use it this way ever, since I am carry a BW and a Typhoon, and thus  the recharge is like 20 sec. But might be useful under some circumstances.
