 So ever since the Earth DLC my game has been running pretty smoothly and I haven't run into any of the older issues, ie: Freezing during matches constantly. 

However a new problem has popped up. The dirty disc error. I've cleaned my disc and I'm sure it doesn't have any visable scratches 

I'm just posting here to see if anyone else has this problem and if so how have they fixed it? I've had this error before the Earth DLC came out but it's been popping up more sicne it.

Edit: Just kidding. Game has resumed freezing constantly on Wave 1. I can't believe this.

similar issue here, but typically when loading a new scene or exiting to main menu. This dirty disc error kicks me out to the xbox live dashboard. Any help appreciated.

I'm having the same issue here. I've restarted the console and cleaned the disc and it happens. It happens when I try to the engineering level on the Normandy or trying to assault the Illusive Man's base.
