 ...there's a bathroom in Shepard's cabin?

I have 9 Shepards. And I have never EVER seen the bathroom. Just after I finished the Collector Base mission and you reload into the cabin, I check on the space hamster and I turned the wrong direction and voila, a door opens. A bathroom?

I'm sure this isn't the first thread but I can't believe I never saw this. I had to post about it.
