Everytime I try get on multiplayer since I downloaded the Earth expansion I receive must reconnect to server message.

Same here, i was playing multiplayer two nights ago and it worked, now its saying I lost connection to the server and have to reconnect to server, any solutions?

I could join a few games (maybe 4 o 5 times) trying like 15 times, this is annoying, we need answers to this issue, Multiplayer is kind of dead right now and there isnt information about this.

when signing into the game, none of my DLC authenticates since downloading the Earth DLC.

I've tried repairing the install, reinstalling the game entirely, running without firewall (even though I allow origin as an exception), changing my UAC settings, clearing my origin cache, running updates on the game, and in the process spoken to 5 different agents via livechat in an effort to sort this out. they've fiddled and changed my account to try allowing the DLC to authenticate, but to no avail.

I will say they were incredibly patient dealing with me (since I've spent about 2 hours a night since Tuesday trying to sort this out). however, the problem still persists, and I'm starting to get Mass Effect 3 withdrawal symptoms (since multiplayer is unplayable without dlc authentication). these include playing inferior games and feeling horribly unsatisfied because I'm not out saving the universe.

y'all know how that feels.

Same here, can't connect to the multiplayer, any suggestions what to do ?

same here after downloading the earth dlc i've been unable to play the MP
i know that its the dlc cause i can still play the MP on xbox on pc its a no go
just tells me that i've lost connection to the Mass Effect servers please reconnect to access the online features of the title

I'm having the same/similar problem... the first time I ran into this was during the weekend event, I figured it was due to servers being overloaded and got in after a couple of tries. And got in one other time since then. But ever since installing Earth, I haven't even been able to access the multiplayer main menu - simply times out and says I've lost my connection to the multiplayer servers.
