Like the title reads is there way to edit save file or the game to get back Cammen I have hes quest and hes just disapeared when I finished Nature of the beast.

Im sure you could edit the plot flags in the save game, but doing so would more than likely break something in the future of your game. I think the only "safe" way to do it would be to load up a previous save and hand it in before he disappears.
There is always the chance that it may not break any other plots, but I cant say for certain, and I would rather err on the side of caution. My advice is to expect your game to have faulty plots or to develop strange bugs and glitches if you edit it's plot flags out of order.
Im sure you can find the information you are looking for in the wiki. One of the issues with the first version of the toolset was that it's plot guids broke the main campaign, and there were some people who had to edit their save files to put things straight. If you search around these forums and on the toolset wiki, you should be able to find a few pages that detail what all the various bits in the save file represent and which ones to modify.
