During round 8 I went to the ammo crate at the far back to get more grenades and when I went back into the building, I was hovering above the floor. I then proceeded to try and correct it by clinging to a wall back near the ammo crate. At that point, I was unable to move or fire, but I could activate adrenaline. After a minute the game teleported me to the beginning of the map where I remained helpless as the rest of the squad died. At that time, I was able shoot again but there was no point when the remaining primes executed me. This happened as a Female Soldier on the Fire base white map on Gold.

Just pointing it out since I don't know what the cause was.
