Thought I'd share this outside the "SPEEDRUN" thread. We got a good time on Glacier vs Reaper Platinum last night with

• 2 Destroyers uing Typhoon & Piranha.
• 2 Geth Infiltrators using Claymore & Piranha.

We had no strategy to this whatsoever. We bascially ran around and killed stuff and rocketed some spawns, but not too many, actually. If you're not a fan of my commentary but want to see the run anyway I'd suggest turning down the sound on the video and playing some of your favorite music!

Doesn't the time only count if it's a full extraction? I'm not saying that's the case, don't really know the rules (if there are any), just thought that was the bit that made it impressive.

Never thought it mattered much, two of us got out because of the two other brave souls that sacrificed themselves to give us time to make it to extraction. Their memory will be honored in the coming empire.

Two Destroyers with Typhoons melt Banshees/Atlas' faster than two Geth Infiltrators with Claymores.

EDIT: And the no-stagger & increased shield makes it easier for the Geth to survive.

Destroyers:

- Armor Piercing IV
- Cyclonic Modulator IV
- Assault Rifle Rail Amp III
- Warfigher V

Geth Infiltrators:

- Armor Piercing IV
- Cyclonic Modulator / Power Amplifier III / IV
- Shotgun Rail Amp III
- Shotgun Amp V

My Typhoon and Piranha are both X. 
Dunno about the others, Piranhas and Claymore at X. Dunno about Mandalore's.

Not sure how many know this already, but I just found out that Destroyer Melee staggers Phantoms very well. having them fall to the ground is great.

Zhk3r... I'd really like to know the answer to this question as well. Did you go with Typhoon Destroyers b/c they are such good boss killers or what? I'm really interested in your answer.

Yeah, that you extracted at all means it took the same amount of time, just thought that was like... a silent condition for speedruns. That's REALLY impressive, though. Your team is pretty badass. Haven't even beaten 20 minutes yet (although I've been playing almost entirely with randoms).

I just unlocked the piranha, but haven't tested it yet. Would you say that it's better than the claymore in terms of damage output?
