 As per title, I played ME3 since it was released and the multiplayer was fine, even after downloading the Earth DLC. Just recently I found out that there is a ME3 MP Manifest on BSN and decided to access it, but was unable to since it said that there was no ME3 game data available, even though it did say right before the page that my BSN account is tied to my PC Origins account.

After contacting EA Help, now suddenly when I want to have a go on the ME3 MP servers, it says to redeem/purchase online pass. It was fine before, and now I can't do anything because of that line that blocks the originally Connect to EA server button. Anyone else having the same problem anywhere? All I wanted initially was to see my progress for my MP unlocks, and now I'm locked out of everything fun about the game. And please don't also lock me out of my unlocked items, I do love my lvl 20 Phoenix..

and FYI for BioWare mods/staff, my last match played was on Silver where I had to use my missiles to help the squad. I heard that BW is banning people who are glitching/exploiting missiles, but I did not do that glitch/exploit.
