Anyone encounter the issue of purchasing packs then gets kick out of the game???
Its really frustrating everytime it occur, it takes away the hard earn credit, or bioware points (real money) but gives nothing in return. talk with customer service 3 time. first two said ill get a refund(nothing happen) the third one said theres nothing they can do about it.
If anyone else is having this issue please post so that hopefully someone from bioware can addresss this.

You do get it, go back in to multiplayer you should see the pack briefly during loading to a server. I have had this happen many many times.

Yeah I agree with Dark DeLaurel, the store hangs for an age, then you get the "ME3 has lost connection blah blah..." msg. Go back into MP (DO NOT exit the game). You will get the item straightaway. I've had it many times also. Never lost any credits/items. Apparently, if you crash the game before letting it go back to Main Menu you do lose stuff.

Just had it happen and when I rejoined, I lost all my progress. Hope it comes back, or hope my money does.1

Did you talk to the bioware representative? what they say?

I have had this happen repeatedly, spoke to representatives and at this point i get a weekly e-mail stating they are investigating it. No resolution has been made. 95% of the time i get the items on reload but there has been times where i would loose my points and get no items.
