Ok.  I'm hoping someone can help me get my commendation pack from the last multi-player event.

I didn't receive a commendation pack the event before last.  l attributed this to the fact that I may have missed the objective.  Fast forward to the last Objective, and once again I didn't get the commendation pack.  Now...I KNOW I did a full extraction on Gold against Reapers.  Yet, no commendation pack.   I did a search for commendation packs, and it's entriely possible I missed where and how to complain about this issue. 

Please, could someone send me in the direction of where I need to go to make a complaint?!  The first time, I thought perhaps I made a mistake myself....this time I'm positive I didn't.  Thank you for your time.

You're not alone. I didn't get mine yet either. I know we failed the community goal, but I got full extract on gold with Reapers on Saturday.
