Seriously, no way I use a medigel or a rocket after the objective is completed, not even if I'm level 12 and need the exp.
My offer is this, boost a 5-10% of the available overall credits but you get the time credit bonus for the objectives only if the squad extracts.
100% of the credit bonus for full extraction
75% for partial extraction
50% if the player is the sole survivor
25% if you're dead but there's at least a survivor.

As long as they tack on more credits as opposed to redividing the current amount four ways. Also, how much should we get for an extraction compared to objectives?

Challenges could be good like daily or weekly challenges for extra credits.

Maybe have a system where if you extract on missions consistently, say 80 percent of the time, it increases your chances of a rare on a veteran pack/ second rare in a spectre pack/ ultra rare in a psp.
However more realistic would be introducing system for severely reducing your chance of getting the above if you DO NOT extract more than 80 percent of the time after reaching wave 11.

That would actually be pretty ideal, but would it be enough value to stop credit farmers from saving the extra 2 odd minutes per round.

I've thought the same thing... This would be a smart move on Biowares part
Cause it'll ACTUALLY Be Motivated to get full Extraction.
