Tricky to do right (make people want to extract as a team without punishing people who get stuck with bad players), but I think it makes sense. I should want to get out alive.
(Would be nice if you could climb into the shuttle when it arrives ~0:05.)
I might even be in favor of it if it wasn't a bonus on top of the credits we already get (i.e., Silver's still worth ~30K, but now requires extraction to get all of it).

I love this!
At least the challenge system.
Make it just like Call of Duty, except you get credits for it! Daily, weekly, and all-time challenges. Make another piece of the menu titled "Challenges" and...yeah...you get where I'm going with this.

yea a COD style daily, weekly and community challenges system would be awesome

- Kill A banshee with a Melee Attack or Shotgun.

With the constant rising of the difficulty I think extraction credits should be in addition to what we already get normally. to make it easy on the programers, these credits would be based on the extraction medal rewarded to the squad.

I like the +10-50% suggested. Heavily rewards safe & fast play—this way, a team that gets an extraction on Silver will get more credits than a team that fails on wave 7 of Gold, but a team that gets a full extraction on Gold will get even more. That feels right, and should encourage players to stick at the right difficulty more.

OMG one of the best ideas I've seen on the Forums for a while, it would be absolutely fun to get everyone out for extraction. I would think that it would challenge players to play more and get full extractions thus increasing BW's reputation for a good MP

I would like the challenging system, that would be cool.
Kill 100 banshees (on any difficulty) and earn 100.000 credits.
(or something like that) it would be cool, and challenging ( they could do this in an way that after you completed you cant do it again -so people will no be able to farm credits with this)

Signed. Since I am keeping all of my chars at Level 20 now, like most of the people on my Friends list, we barely ever bother with extraction :X

Definitely, too many people bring lower class characters into gold, and just try to make it through the wave 3 objective, only to wipe out right after but still earn more than they would from a bronze game.. This would give them more incentive to stick to an appropriate difficulty and actually finish each game.

Not supporting this, because we all know Bioware's solution will be to take credits out of Wave 10 and move it into Extraction. So we'll earn no more credits than we already did, but it'll be even harder.

I agree to this, or something similar.
My favorite option is you only get half pay, with full xp, if you don't extract. Doesn't effect the rest of the team, and only hurts those who don't play to completion.
But again, that would only cause rage and something like this could actually get implemented.
