That bug where new characters and characters which have been promoted have the first point forcibly added (incorrectly) to the first skill just changed. I just got my N7 Paladin, and it had one skill forcibly added by a point, but it is no longer the first skill. It was snap freeze that had it, which is like the third skill.

Someone please forward this to the developers, it might be a clue, don't know.
