Hello
I have finished the game while ago on Insanity and no achievment. I have not changed the difficulty during gameplay and even that, I have chosen the  difficulty before starting the whole game. Checked the difficulty after the playing and still Insanity there.

Strange because the Achievment for finishing the game with ME2 import havs not worked too.

Any Idea? I am wondering if I have to play Insanity again....

I had exactly this on my first playthrough. Elsewhere, a post said you had to have the Bruiser achievement (kill 100 enemies with Melee) as well. Not sure if this is true but I certainly got the achievement the second time without doing anything different, just imported the same ME2 save game.

And YEAH....I had to do it all again. Thanks Bioware it was real fun.

Just a footnote, the game I imported from ME2 had the Insanity Achievement, is there one for Hardcore as well or was that ME, can't remember now.

Hi, not thinkin in ME3 is hardcore achiev. The character, I finished the ME3 insanity with, was import from ME2 finished on Insanity too. So you needed to have Bruiser achievment to have the Insanity one somehow?

No, sorry Wakizashi.Sabre, this was in ME2. And I found the reference to the Bruiser achievement when I was googling "No Insanity Achievement". I already had it so not sure if this is relevant or not to getting the Insanity in ME3. Maybe someone else can confirm this.

Glad to help.  Image IPB  I was a Sentinel.  Being able to use Biotics when your ammo runs out is a big bonus...That last part for the missile silo's is just manic on Insanity.  I still don't know how i did it first time, not what you would call a power-gamer.  Just extremely determined lol.  Plus I camped more or less next to the 2nd one to gain cover from the Banshee's' & Brute's!

Heya
yeah, that was like end game fight. I ended with about three banshees living, some brutes and thrash around when i activated the console. I wonder how it will be with squishy adept. I really miss Reave and have not saved Kaiden Before.
