I want to download the Warden's Keep content, but it doesn't show up in the available content in the game. And when I go into Games>Dragon Age>Official DLC on the social network I get a message saying that I don't have permission to view this page. Isn't this where I have to get codes to download content? What am I suppose to do?  Someone needs to help me out - I'm new to the whole downloading game content thing and I don't really know what I'm doing. I want to get all of the downloadable content for this game if I can, present and future. Will someone tell me (step by step :) what to do. I was able to download the Stone Prisoner of course, but I really want Warden's Keep and Return to Ostagar too.

As I haven't gone through this process myself the best I can offer is an educated guess: Warden's Keep* and Return to Ostagar are both paid-only DLC. You will have to go to points.bioware.com to invest in the amount of points required for the DLC item(s), then in-game make sure your account correctly shows your available points (in the DLC window). Then you should be able to buy and download the DLC.

*I seem to recall one or two of the distributions also including Warden's Keep.

Thank you. I wonder how many points are necessary. I bought 1600 points before I began trying for Warden's Keep but when I tried it, it still brought me to the buy points menu. Since I tried, however, I'm proud to say that I got the Dragon Armor downloaded and the special edition package. But me, I'm more interested in exploration and adventure than armor and trinkets. :) Not that those things are bad...lol

DLC content can be purchased with the points, or may be available to you for free if you got a promotional code (collector's edition, pre-order, etc). If you have promotional codes you need to redeem them. Otherwise, if you've bought points and still don't have the DLC there may be several causes.

First, sometimes it just takes a while to appear (I don't know why).

Second, in Options, do you have 'automatically download already purchased DLC' (or some such, can't remember the exact wording' selected? You need not, of course, and can download it manually.

Thirdly, you download it ingame. When you get to the main menu, make sure you are logged in and then select the Downloads tab, wait a minute for it to update. If DLC appears there (it should, if you have points/have redeemed codes), you will notice there are two other tabs on this page. One is for downloading DLC, use that to get your content, and the last shows you the DLC you already have, and allows you to enable/disable each of them. For it to appear ingame it must be enabled, of course.

Edit: Please note that for things like Warden's Keep (aka Soldier's Peak) there may be a small hitch. To wit, the character who gives you the quest appears in the Camp. If you are not in camp, go there to speak to him. If you are already in the camp, you need to leave, then return in order for him to appear.

Hope this helps.

I also have a similar problem, although my downloadable content tab is empty. I get an error message " You have timed out while attemting to access your online profile storage." I wanted to download Warden's Keep so I bought 560 points, but can't download it or even Stone Prisoner.

My 560 points shows in the available content tab, but no downloadable content.

Ok, seams better not to buy any content. PC games are supposed to be buggy but having a not working in-game pay model is even for a game development company a bad thing.

go to social.bioware.com then click on "Games" at the top and then "Official DLC" you should be able to buy them from that page.
