I have seen that it can be done with Leliana and Alistair, but what about others? Morrigan? Wynne?
And I mean a sweeping change, like the ones that happen to Alistair and Leliana. Their "hardening" can have game changing implications.
So, what party members can be "hardened" or changed in some way?

Morrigan can be "hardened" if you romance her to 100% approval or close to, she changes completely.

I think the only characters that CAN'T have their personality changed in any way at all are Dog, Shale, and Wynne.
