I have complete that mission in the Fatha system at the beginning of the game where you recover intel about a cerebus opperative. I returned to the ship and when I did I talked to the doc and miranda for upgrades, they say they have new stuff, but when I see what is availabe it is the same as it was before. I can't remeber the categoreis, but there was one each for the first two, two for the ship and three proptypes before talking to them and after, despite them saying that upgrades were available. I tried loading a previous save just before the discussion and it did not work. During the mission I also faced bugs such as enemies not coming out and being unable to bypass a door as the option was not given to me, however when I loaded it worked fine.

I would also appreciate if you guys didn't spoil anything for me
