xp stuck on zero

i used the developer console add xp and somehow it got stuck on 0 xp and the same level now i cant level up anymore:crying:

I've had the same thing happen, but never figured out a fix; I had to reload from an earlier save.
I think the problem for me came from trying to add too much xp at once, since I've never had it happen again and have limited myself to adding no more than 20k xp at a go. That's what I'd advise in the future, assuming your issue happened under the same circumstances as mine (i.e. trying to add a lot of xp).
