Ill post it ( copy/paste it ) directlty from my conversation with the the EA support.
Yesterday ( Wednesday) I finish a multiplayer game around 10:00 pm and 10:20 pm (Mountain Time) I just earned enough credits to buy a premium package and when I did, I got the character N7 Fury but suddenly the screen went blue and said disconnected from EA servers, I tried to connect once again, but it said not able to connect to EA servers try later or something like that, I tried several times and then checked on the internet and even the webpage was down and checking on gamefaqs I learned that you guys were doing maintence to de the page and game.
Around 3:00 am I tried again and it connected and I was really excited to check my new character , but when I went to characters the N7 Fury was locked again
I was wondering if you guys can help me out, its really difficult to get a character yesterday Thursday I spent 7 hours straight playing and buying premiuns bout not 1 character. The guys at the EA support team said that they were going to report from their end what happened but they asked me to post it here cause they said you guys might help me.i really hope you guys can, I have the case files if you need them, and if you cant help me at least I tried thanks guys in advance =D
