IMO, this is essential. Especially Krogan Soldiers have become the weakest class, playing on Platinum.
On the other hand, I think Batarians don't need stagger immunity because they run fast, have powers for CC (balistic blades and submission net) and can stagger enemies like Phantoms leave them vulnerable for heavy meeles.
Turians..., well they have their special aim, and I really hope for Turians Females with flexibility in the future... but a dodging like the Salarians, Quarians and Geths would be great.
